Membership Eligibility
Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. Placement of order by a Buyer on the Platform is an offer to buy the product(s) in the order by the Buyer and it shall not be construed as SkilloToys.com’s acceptance of Buyer's offer to buy the product(s) ordered. SkilloToys.com retains the right to cancel any such order placed by the Buyer, at its sole discretion and the Buyer shall be intimated of the same by way of an email/SMS/ call. Any transaction price paid by Buyer in case of such cancellation by SkilloToys.com, shall be refunded to the Buyer. Further, SkilloToys.com may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the typical individual consumption. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity that exceeds the typical individual consumption. What comprises a typical individual's consumption quantity limit shall be based on various factors and at the sole discretion of the SkilloToys.com’s and may vary from individual to individual.

SkilloToys will not be responsible for any Import Fees/ Customs/ Duties & Taxes the recipient will incur or for delays because of Customs.
Customs policies vary widely, and you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number for releasing the shipment.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available and product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SkilloToys.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
We are not responsible for damages to your shipment caused during transit, the damage is not likely to happen, but in the case of such, we are not responsible and there will be no compensation for such damages. Title and risk of loss for the items are transferred to the recipient upon handover/ delivery to the carrier in India.

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Disclaimer
Pricing on any product(s) as is reflected on the Platform may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event SkilloToys.com may cancel such your order(s).
A special shipping charge for all Fragile products (Eg: clocks, frames and all glass items and others) will be charged to customers for shipping them with proper box packing to make sure the products does not get damaged in transit. Refer shipping policy for charges details.
The sale of the Clocks segment (all clock products) is limited to Bangalore location only. Any COD purchase outside Bangalore will be canceled after informing the customer and all Prepaid orders will be refunded back in the original source of payment as per the refund policy guidelines. In special cases, customers who need the product to be delivered outside Bangalore, a special shipping charge on the basis of the actuals of the logistics partner will be charged to the customer after confirming to the customer.
You release and indemnify SkilloToys.com and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users/ Platform/ Brand of the Platform and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts on that behalf, SkilloToys.com cannot take responsibility or control the information provided by Brands which is made available on the Platform. You may find other Brands’s information to be offensive, harmful, inconsistent, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and practice safe trading when using the Platform.
Please note that there could be risks in dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
Charges
Membership on the Platform is free for buyers. SkilloToys.com does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Platform. SkilloToys.com reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, SkilloToys.com may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Platform. In such an event SkilloToys.com reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/ introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Platform and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to SkilloToys.com.

(c) is misleading in any way;
(d) is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
(e) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
(f) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
(g) promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
(h) infringes upon or violates any third party's rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];

(q) interferes with another USER's/ Brand’s/ SkilloToys’s use and enjoyment of the Platform or any other individual's User’s/ Brand’s/ SkilloToys’s and enjoyment of similar services;
(r) refers to any Platform or URL that, in Our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Platform or any other Platform, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
(s) harm minors in any way;
(t) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products;
(u) violates any law for the time being in force;
(v) deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
(w) impersonate another person;
(x) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
(y) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.

All prices are in Rupees and the packages are delivered only in their respective cities.
Please note that not all shipments will be directly packed from SkilloToys's warehouse, (depends on the SkilloToys's brand collaboration service with the respective brand) and hence may have Brand's packing cover/ promotion on the shipments. Also, SkilloToys's shipment does not carry gift wrapping by default, any such request to be sent to SkilloToys in the mail. Gift wrapping service will be as per the availability of service with brand/ location feasibility.
For the items delivered by the logistics, their respective policies apply. SkilloToys.com reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason, or the order is returned due to non-delivery.
SkilloToys.com is not responsible for missed / late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. SkilloToys.com reserves the right to deny its services to any user, without any explanation. SkilloToys.com shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed / early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, SkilloToys.com will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the shipment at the address on the order form misappropriated, damaged or fails to hand over the shipment to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
