Count the running total at the end of each row: 7, 14, 21, 28...

Use skittles for grouping when working on division — divide beads equally between the 2 red skittles.

Pick a multiplier card. Say you're learning the 6 times table — place the '6' card in the multiplier slot.
Build the first row. Place 6 beads in row 1 under the '1' column. Count: '1 × 6 = 6'.
Add the next row. Place 6 more beads in row 2 under '2'. Count the total: '2 × 6 = 12'.
Keep going. Each new row adds another 6. The child watches the table grow.
Review the pattern. Read down the column: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60. That's the whole table.
Repeat tomorrow. Same table for 2-3 days until your child can recite without the board, then move on.
Toughest tables (7, 8, 9): spend an extra week on these. They are where most children stall in school.
